Republican-Endorsed Candidates for the August Primary
The Republican Party of Minnesota has endorsed candidates for statewide, federal, and legislative offices ahead of the August 11 primary.

The Republican Party of Minnesota (MNGOP), the state party organization made up of local BPOUs including the Jackson County BPOU, has endorsed candidates for statewide, federal, and legislative offices ahead of the August 11 primary.
The Republican-endorsed candidates are:
- Qualls and Nicholson — Governor and Lieutenant Governor
- Adam Schwarze — U.S. Senate
- Ron Schutz — Attorney General
- Tad Jude — Secretary of State
- Nate George — State Auditor
- Brad Finstad — U.S. Congress, Minnesota's First District
- Chris Knoll — State Senate District 21
- Marj Fogelman — State House District 21B
Early voting for Minnesota's primary is already underway. Voters may cast an absentee ballot by mail or vote early in person through Monday, August 10. Minnesota's new early-voting process, which allows voters to place their ballot directly into a ballot counter, began July 24. Mailed absentee ballots must be received by Election Day, Tuesday, August 11.
